about the Chancery Court Hotel: |
|
Named by The Times as "one of the most exciting hotels
in the world" the hotel is located in a landmark 1914
building transformed into a stunning five-star hotel.
The location is one of London's most central with West
End theatres, Covent Garden, the British Museum and St.
Paul's within walking distance and is one of the nearest
hotels to the City, London's financial district. The
building has served as the setting for films such as
Howard's End and The Saint, and BBC productions and
includes numerous architectural features such as a grand
staircase of rare Pavonazzo marble, soaring archways
and a classical central courtyard. Guest rooms are
among the largest in any London hotel and all have marble
bathrooms.

| "On arrival at the Entrance Hall guests are
not immediately aware what the hotel holds in store for
them, due to the configuration of the building." "For
a central London venue this hotel has the rare luxury of an
entrance approached through a carriageway and central
courtyard, away from the teeming traffic of High
Holborn."
